Automotive engineer - apprenticeship period: four years
This field includes all maintenance and repair work in the wide world of motor vehicles. Your apprenticeship training will focus primarily on mechanics, and you will have the opportunity to help build innovative, special vehicles. The final year of your apprenticeship will specialize in systems electronics. Your training is rounded off with the maintenance and repair of complex safety systems and modern electronics.
Mechatronics engineer - apprenticeship period: three and a half years
Mechatronics is a combination of mechanics, electronics, and information technology. In other words, it’s the core of modern-day technology. As a mechatronics engineer, you will learn how to set up, link, and merge mechanical, pneumatic-hydraulic, and about information technology procedures and processes.
You will learn how to develop and maintain mechatronic systems.
